What we collect and why
When you submit a reservation request, we collect your name, phone number, chosen date/time, number of guests, and any notes you add. Email address is optional. We use this information only to process and confirm your reservation request, and to contact you about it by phone or email.
How it’s stored
Reservation requests are stored in a secure database that only restaurant staff can access, via a password-protected admin page. We also use third-party services to deliver email notifications and to host the database — these providers process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation requests for as long as needed to manage your visit and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for future contact, by calling us on 968 58 25 39.
